CEO Jan J. Schreuder MD PhD accepted the position of President in 2006. Before this time he was affiliated with the departments of Cardiac Surgery and Electrophysiology at the San Raffaele University Hospital in Milan. Dr. Schreuder has authored several papers published in peer-reviewed journals, and (co)-developed more than 10 patents. He worked on the AutoCat II Wave intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) device for Arrow International, the first fully automated closed-loop IABP.

VP Marketing & Sales, Raoul A. Oostenbrink MA joined the company mid 2004; he has a background in Management Consulting with an emphasis on Business Development and Marketing. He gained experience in the fields of IT, Investment Banking, Utilities, Government and Life Sciences. He was previously employed with Ordina and Descartes Systems.

VP Technical Support, Dinant Goorhorst BSc joined the company mid 1997; he has a background in software with an emphasis on electronics. Having worked in R&D he gained his experience in the field of support and installment of the Leycom devices.

VP R&D/Production Gerard Hoogenboom BSc joined the company November 2007. He has background in the medical device industry having worked on TEE-probes, Thoracic X-ray and CT-scans. Gerard also has a background in the defense industry having worked in the field of thermal imaging. He was previously employed with Thales.
